"We booked this a couple of hours before we arrived as we are driving to France. This has to be one of the best stays we've had in any hotel. The village itself is gorgeous and very quaint. The hotel is immaculate and full of character and charm. The staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. The spa was unexpected and we had it all to ourselves. "Traditional older B&B style hostel hotel. Owner was nice when we arrived and even took us up the mountains a bit for the view. However when it comes to making payment it's not nice. You must pay in CASH - SWISS FRANCS. No credit cards are accepted. No Euros or $$$, not their job to exchange the money, which was fine but seemed like he was accusing us of not wanting to pay. We had to run to the bank in town to exchange money before we could do anything else that day. I wish I would've refused...

"Sehr heimeliger Spycher. Mit viel Liebe sehr authentisch eingerichtet. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Wir fühlten uns rundum wohl. Mit den super netten Vermietern hatten wir sofort einen guten Draht. Das kleine Willkommen (Züpfli und selbstgemachte Erdbeerkonfi) hat uns sehr gefreut. Die Ruhe die man dort erfährt war wundervoll. "Our stay at the Bergwelt was amazing.From start to finish the staff were fantastic,very friendly and helpful.The spa was so relaxing and all facilities and amenities were very clean.The indoor pool was very nice with a additional steam room which was a nice touch.The food at the hotel was fabulous we had the Mixed Grill which was amazing and I would highly recommend.Included in our stay was Breakfast which was fantastic everyday their was a wide range of options to suit all and the food was always delicious and fresh.I would definitely recommend this hotel any time of the year,as it was fabulous.We stayed in the luxury room which was very spacious and had a really nice balcony.Included in our stay was a free mini bar which was another massive bonus to our stay. We will definitely visit again."
